Welcome to DIY Design! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from us. By accessing or using our website and or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following products and services:

• Dropshipping Products: Products sold through dropshipping arrangements.
• Digital Content: Digital products such as guides, manuals, and custom designs. Please note that there are no refunds for digital content once purchased.
• Affiliate Programs: Products and services promoted via affiliate links.
• Custom Single Designs: Custom design services tailored to your specific needs.
• Resulting, unique DIY designs created during the DIY videos or Manuals

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Payment: Payments must be made through our approved payment methods at the time of order. All prices are listed in Euro.
• No Refunds for Digital Content: All sales of digital content are final. No refunds will be issued once the purchase is complete.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Dropshipping: Shipping times and terms for dropshipping products may vary based on the supplier’s policies. We are not responsible for delays or issues related to dropshipping.
• Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your custom designs and digital content promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Custom Designs

• No Guarantees: Custom designs are provided as-is and are DIY projects tested according to best practices and must be considered proto types. We do not guarantee the performance, safety, or suitability of the DIY designs.
• No Certification or Safety Testing: We are not responsible for any certification or safety-related testing. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. DIY Design will perform inhouse testing and share testing results.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of DIY Design or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our DIY designs and related products and manuals for personal and non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and all products and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the information, content, products, or services included on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY Design shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our DIY designs, website or from any products or services purchased through our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
